The challenge

Accredited testing and calibration laboratories have to prove at any moment who did what to which sample, with which method and instrument, and who approved the result. Spreadsheets and paper make audits painful and data-integrity failures likely.

What we built

A multi-tenant, hosted LIMS for Synvra Innovations, with ISO/IEC 17025-aligned workflows and data-integrity controls built into the architecture. It covers the whole sample-to-report flow and the quality system around it.

Structured sample intake with order and custody context
Worksheets carrying method, instrument and analyst context; results captured with units, limits and evidence
Review and approval with reviewer, reason, timestamp and e-signature evidence before a report or certificate is released
Governed report and certificate templates with version control
Every regulated change written to the audit log in the same transaction as the change itself
